If you are registering to participate in the Community Builders Program, it is strongly advised to contact YOUR SPONSOR directly to make suitable payment arrangements. 

BDASOCIAL DOES NOT CURRENTLY CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENINGS ON ITS MEMBERS. However, BDASOCIAL reserves the right to conduct any criminal background check, at any time and using available public records. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, BDASOCIAL is not responsible for the conduct of any kind, whether online or offline, of any User of the Website or Member of the Platform or of the Community Builders Program.

 

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

Bdasocial, reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, policies and notices under which the Website works, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Website. This is a contract between You and Bdasocial.com. We are able to modify these terms at any time. If You continue to use the Website/Platform after we post the modifications, You have accepted the new terms and agree to these agreements.

 

BINDING AGREEMENT

You must be at least EIGHTEEN (18) years of age to register as a Member or use the Website. Should you deactivate your account, Bdasocial.com may still retain certain information associated with your account for record-keeping integrity and analytical purposes, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce our terms and conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our website or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. Bdasocial.com may terminate Your Membership for any reason, with or without notice. If Bdasocial.com terminates Your Membership, You will not be entitled to any refund if we think You failed to abide by these terms.

The Member or User will be informed by email of the termination, or the confirmation of the termination, of his/her account. Data relating to the Member will be destroyed at his/her request or upon expiration of the legal time period following the termination of Your account.

 

ACCOUNT SECURITY

Your Membership account is for Your personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password. You designate during the registration process, and You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under Your username and password. You acknowledge that Bdasocial.com is not responsible for third-party access to Your account information or personal information that results from misappropriation, voluntary distribution or theft of Your username, password or personal information.

Posting or sending material that exploits people under the age of 16, or solicits personal information from anyone under 16, failing to report knowledge of a person under the age of 16 to abuse@bdasocial.com, or continuing to use the site to interact in any way with anyone You know or believe is under the age of 16. Any violation of these prohibitions will result in termination of Your Membership and referral to law enforcement or other agencies, such as the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children.

 

SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

Bdasocial.com Payment Terms. You can acquire a membership by making a payment in your wallet, Direct Bank Deposit and/or via PayPal.com.

You must provide complete, current and accurate information for Your Billing Account (such as a billing address, card number, or expiration date) and You must promptly notify Bdasocial.com if Your payment transaction is cancelled. You agree that all payments made to the Website are final, and You will not challenge or dispute the charge with Your bank. You agree that You will be held responsible for any outstanding balance owed to us. Plus, any dispute case fees charged by our bank.

BDASOCIAL MAINTAINS A STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY AFTER 7 DAYS SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS. ALL MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS MADE TO THE WEBSITE ARE FINAL. YOU AGREE THAT ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, EITHER FULL OR PARTIAL, WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON AND YOU WILL NOT DISPUTE WITH OUR PAYMENT PROCESSORS. ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE FINAL—NO REFUNDS—EVEN IF YOU OR WE TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT EARLY.

 

MODIFICATION TO WEBSITE

Bdasocial.com does not guarantee that the Website or APP will be fully operational all the time, Bdasocial.com does not guarantee that the Platform shall function without interruption or error. In particular, the use of the Bdasocial.com website may be interrupted at any time for the purposes of maintenance, updates or technical improvements, or to develop its content and/or presentation. Whenever possible, Bdasocial.com shall inform Members prior to maintenance work or updates.

Requirements for Using the Bdasocial Store

To access and utilize the Bdasocial Store, businesses must meet the following requirements:

1. Business Registration – Users must operate a legitimate business and provide accurate registration details, including a valid business name, contact information, and any required licenses or certifications.
2. Store Setup Fee & Subscription – Businesses are required to pay a one-time store setup fee of $300 and an annual subscription fee as determined by Bdasocial. Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
3. Compliance with Policies – Businesses must adhere to all Bdasocial policies, including but not limited to content guidelines, prohibited items, and ethical business practices. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of the store listing.
4. Product & Service Accuracy – All listings must contain truthful descriptions, accurate pricing, and clear images of the products or services being offered. Misleading or fraudulent listings are strictly prohibited.
5. Customer Communication & Fulfillment – Businesses are responsible for timely responses to customer inquiries, fulfilling orders as promised, and handling disputes in good faith.
6. Prohibited Items & Activities – The sale of illegal, restricted, or prohibited goods and services is not allowed. Bdasocial reserves the right to remove any listing that violates this policy.
7. Right to Modify or Suspend Access – Bdasocial reserves the right to modify the store's terms, suspend or remove any store, or take necessary action if a business fails to comply with these requirements or engages in activities deemed harmful to the platform.

By using the Bdasocial Store, businesses agree to these terms and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of their store access, pages and products.
