Bermuda Social Network (BDA Social) is not required to screen or censor information posted on the Website, including but not limited to, the identity of any user and any user content.

You must accept to use the Website and to become a “Member.” For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Member”, "User" or “Membership” means a person who provides information to the Company on the Website to participate in the Service in any manner, whether such person uses the Service as a free Member, Paid Member or a subscriber.

BERMUDA SOCIAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, WHETHER THIS IS ONLINE OR OFFLINE, OF ANY USER OF THE WEBSITE OR MEMBER OF THE SERVICE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK WHEN USING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY ONLINE OR OFFLINE INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS, INCLUDING PROMOTIONS, DATING OR SENDING OR GIVING MONEY TO ANOTHER MEMBER. YOU AGREE TO TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS WHEN MEETING INDIVIDUALS THROUGH THE SERVICE. You should not provide Your financial or any personal information (for example, Your credit card or bank account information), or transfer or otherwise send money, to other Members. If you are registering to participate in the Community Builders Program, it is strongly advised to contact YOUR SPONSOR directly to make suitable payment arrangements. 

BERMUDA SOCIAL DOES NOT CURRENTLY CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENINGS ON ITS MEMBERS. However, BERMUDA SOCIAL reserves the right to conduct any criminal background check, at any time and using available public records. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, BERMUDA SOCIAL is not responsible for the conduct of any kind, whether online or offline, of any User of the Website or Member of the Service or of the Community Builders Program.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

Bermuda Social, reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, policies and notices under which the Website works, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Website. This is a contract between You and Bdasocial.com. We are able to modify these terms at any time. If You continue to use the Services after we post the modifications, You have accepted the new terms and agree to these agreements.

BINDING AGREEMENT

You must be at least EIGHTEEN (18) years of age to register as a Member or use the Website. By using the Website, You warrant and represent that You have the right, capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You become a Member, You represent and warrant that You have never been convicted of a sex related felony and that You are not required to register as a sex offender or with any reciprocal designation with any government entity.

You may terminate Your Membership at any time, for any reason by sending us an Email from an Email Address that we hold on file to terminate or deactivate your membership to unsubscribe@bdasocial.com. Should you deactivate your account, Bdasocial.com may still retain certain information associated with your account for record-keeping integrity and analytical purposes, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce our terms and conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our website or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. Bdasocial.com may terminate Your Membership for any reason, with or without notice. If Bdasocial.com terminates Your Membership, You will not be entitled to any refund if we think You failed to abide by these terms.

The Member or User will be informed by email of the termination, or the confirmation of the termination, of his/her account. Data relating to the Member will be destroyed at his/her request or upon expiration of the legal time period following the termination of Your account.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

Your Membership account is for Your personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password. You designate during the registration process, and You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under Your username and password. You acknowledge that Bdasocial.com is not responsible for third-party access to Your account information or personal information that results from misappropriation, voluntary distribution or theft of Your username, password or personal information.

YOU AGREE TO TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS WHEN MEETING INDIVIDUALS THROUGH THE SERVICE. You should not provide Your financial information (for example, Your credit card or bank account information), or otherwise send money to other Members.

Posting or sending material that exploits people under the age of 16, or solicits personal information from anyone under 16, failing to report knowledge of a person under the age of 16 to abuse@bdasocial.com, or continuing to use the site to interact in any way with anyone You know or believe is under the age of 16. Any violation of these prohibitions will result in termination of Your Membership and referral to law enforcement or other agencies, such as the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children.

SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

Bdasocial.com Payment Terms. You can acquire a membership by making a payment in person, in Cash/Check or Direct Deposit and/or via PayPal.com.

You must provide complete, current and accurate information for Your Billing Account (such as a billing address, card number, or expiration date) and You must promptly notify Bdasocial.com if Your payment transaction is cancelled. You agree that all payments made to the Website are final, and You will not challenge or dispute the charge with Your bank. You agree that You will be held responsible for any outstanding balance owed to us plus any dispute case fees charged by our bank.

BERMUDA SOCIAL MAINTAINS A STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY AFTER 7 DAYS. ALL PURCHASES MADE TO THE WEBSITE ARE FINAL. YOU AGREE THAT ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, EITHER FULL OR PARTIAL, WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON AND YOU WILL NOT DISPUTE WITH OUR PAYMENT COMPANIES. ALL PAYMENTS MADE ARE FINAL—NO REFUNDS—EVEN IF YOU OR WE TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT EARLY.

MODIFICATION TO WEBSITE

Bdasocial.com does not guarantee that the Website or APP will be fully operational all the time, Bdasocial.com does not guarantee that the Services shall function without interruption or error. In particular, the use of the Bdasocial.com website may be interrupted at any time for the purposes of maintenance, updates or technical improvements, or to develop its content and/or presentation. Whenever possible, Bdasocial.com shall inform Members prior to maintenance work or updates.

USER INFORMATION

You will be asked to provide us with certain information, including but not limited to, a valid email address (Your “User Information”) and ID (including proof of age). You acknowledge and agree that Bdasocial.com may disclose in whole or in part Your User Information and Content if required to do so by law, or if we, in our own discretion, believe that disclosure is reasonable to: (1) comply with the law, (2) protect someone’s health or safety, such as when harm or violence against any person (including the user/member) is threatened.

There may be links on the Website that we don’t maintain. We aren’t responsible for the content on those sites. Bdasocial.com cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from your use of the Website and/or the Service expressed or implied or any other promises made through the site. Whether verbally or written.
